NXR 2023

Information 

NXR is a qualifying meet that consists of the best high school cross country athletes in our region. The Heartland Region consists of WI, MN, IA, KS, NE, ND and SD.

The team will depart and travel together in a passenger rental van from Milwaukee at 2pm on Friday, November 10th

5:00pm Dinner in LaCrosse, WI 

10:00pm Arrive at Rental House

Saturday, November 11th 

Breakfast @ House

Check out Falls Park 

Lunch @ House

Arrive at Race Venue and Pre-Race day workout/Preview Course (Course Map)

*NXR Heartland will charge each vehicle a $10 admission into the park on Sunday.
