NXR 2024

NXR is a qualifying meet that consists of the best high school cross country athletes in our region. The Heartland Region consists of WI, MN, IA, KS, NE, ND and SD.​

Friday, November 8th 

11:45am Meet at MUHS-Pack Van 

12pm The team will depart and travel together in a passenger rental van 

4:00pm Grab Takeout Dinner in LaCrosse, WI (Lindsey's Subs)

9:00pm Arrive at Rental House

Saturday, November 9th 

Breakfast @ House

Check out Falls Park 

Lunch @ House

~1:30pm  Arrive at Race Venue and Pre-Race day workout/Preview Course (Course Map) 

*All vehicles must enter the park at 57th street and Western Avenue

Sunday, November 10th RACE DAY!

*NXR Heartland will charge each vehicle a $10 admission into the park on Sunday
